U13 Boys

Baltinglass 5-10

Palatine     5-4

The Under 13 team registered their second win in the Leinster League with a brilliant second half display, which saw them turn around a 9 point deficit into a 4 point win.

These lads are just being exposed to a full pitch for the first time in their careers and have taken really well to the new rules. After a bright opening and an early goal by Robert Mc Hugh, followed by points by Jamie Furlong and Jack Bookle, Palatine dominated the rest of the first half to lead by nine pints at the break. James Fleming was moved to center back and the team played much better as a unit, got a hold off midfield and completely dominated the second half. A superbly taken penalty by Jamie Furlong, another goal by Robert Mc Hugh and a classy point by Justin Kehoe, were highlights of the second period.

Peter Wall continues to improve and was well supported in defence by James Fleming, Jordan Peggs and Cathal BrophyThis was another good display from this young team and they travel to play Ballyroan, next Sunday 12th, as a double header with the Under 15's.

U15 Boys

Our U15 Boys played a home match in their Leinster Cross Border League on Friday night. Great game and effort by all the boys who were  narrowly beaten by Mount Leinster Rangers.  They travel to play Ballyroan next Sunday the 12th.

Our Seniors were out in a challenge game for the 1st time this year against Cuala, Dublin. They played a great game of 3x20 minute halves, narrowly beaten in the end by 2 points.
